Many individuals I support have had therapy in the past and found it minimally helpful and need something more. I specialize in attachment, relational, and developmental trauma. I am trained in and passionate about the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), which focuses on healing developmental trauma by working through patterns that once protected us from pain that now might be getting in the way of what you are most wanting for yourself. With NARM, I can support you with living in alignment with your heart’s desire. I also use Somatic Experiencing (SE), a gentle and effective modality that addresses the impact of trauma on the body and nervous system. By focusing on bodily sensations and responses, SE helps release stored tension and supports the body's natural ability to self-regulate. Through SE, you can find relief from trauma-related symptoms, reduce anxiety, and restore balance in your life.
