Hi, I’m Chelsie.

I blend somatic and cognitive approaches using my training in NARM, Somatic Experiencing, attachment theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Brainspotting to help you have more ease in your body and in your life.

Like you, my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, afraid, and stuck.

You may feel frustrated that you have already had therapy and done a lot of work, yet find yourself in the same patterns that you want to move beyond. You may feel unfulfilled in your relationships and wondering if things can get better. You might even notice a pattern or theme in your relationships that you need to make sense of.

If you are a parent, you may feel powerless about the choices your child is making and afraid that the connection may be lost between you.

Many of my clients struggle to say no and create boundaries, so they silently feel taken for granted or resentful. Oftentimes, anger can be a strong theme, and you might blame yourself for reacting in ways that do not align with how you want to be.

You may struggle with a harsh inner critic and have a difficult time building a positive relationship with yourself. You might feel hopeless because you have felt this way for a long time with little relief. Together, we can explore and remove the barriers that are getting in the way of what you ultimately want for yourself and your life.

I truly believe the emotional distress you are trying to work through is stored in your body, and you need an approach that offers deeper healing than talk therapy alone.

My focus is to provide you with a safe space to explore, heal, and navigate your relationship with yourself and others in your life. I specialize in attachment, relational, and developmental trauma.
